This prestigious multi building dealership was completed in February 2007. The contract was secured through building services consultant BMA.The work involved the design and build of the electrical works required for the separate buildings for the Mini showroom, BMW showroom and workshop, BMW Bike showroom and workshop, and the external car park lighting.

This development was one of the first to have all of the BMW marques on site and therefore the design of the servicing facilities required careful planning and consultation with the dealership principals.

LSC Electrical had design and installation responsibility for the lighting and power installation, fire alarm system and interlinking between all buildings, external lighting and multi dealership signage, data containment and supplies to mechanical services.
