Requirement:

Construct new BMW,Mini and bike showrooms,workshop facilities, valeting bays and used car canopy on a 3 acre site making use of some of the existing retained structures.

Solution

LSC were appointed by MDG Architects on a two-stage negotiated contract to build one of Inchape's leading new dealerships in the UK combining all three brands,BMW,Mini and BMW bike on one site.

LSC, in conjunction with the design team, fully assisted in the design and cost plan development throughout the project in delivering an outstanding facility for the Cooper BMW brand.
