New Build Residential Development

LSC Building Services were awarded the contract for the installation and commissioning of comfort air conditioning and ventilation systems for 4 No new three-storey mews-style houses within central London.

The comfort air conditioning systems comprised of heat recovery VRV systems within each dwelling to provide simultaneous heating and cooling within all bedrooms and living rooms. Fan coil units were installed within bespoke joinery casings and furniture to provide a totally co-ordinated services installation to meet the client's high specification.

A whole house ventilation system was installed to provide supply and extract ventilation to all rooms with provision of heat recovery to conserve energy and meet the requirements of current building regulations
