Requirement:

Partial demolition at rear of hotel to create new fully glazed extension to provide new café servery and new kitchen facilities for members, together with adaptation to existing internal facilities.

Solution:

LSC appointed to work with project managers and quantity surveyor Davis Langdon and architects Earle Architects to carry out work to this prestigious club with its long term links with high profile guests and visitors from the tennis and rugby sporting world.

The project was completed with a high degree of internal finishes and the final external appearance is an outstanding design feature, befitting the setting adjacent to Teddington Lock.
