Design and Build Project

LSC Building Services were appointed to design and install the mechanical and plumbing services to the new Mini dealership constructed within the Cribbs Causeway retail area of Bristol.

Comfort air conditioning systems were installed throughout the showroom and office areas with detailed co-ordination of services required to ensure ventilation and pipework services were able to be incorporated within the restricted ceiling voids.

Also, due to strict planning conditions, the design specification required that all condensing plant required for the comfort air conditioning systems was installed within internal plant areas to prevent any plant being on view to both customers and local residents. Gas-fired heating was installed throughout the workshop and valet areas of the building together with plumbing services to both customer and staff areas.
