These works were for the refurbishment and alteration to four existing buildings within the college campus.
The project includes demolition of the existing vestibule with improvements to the front facade, structural alterations to accomodate a new disabled passenger lift through three storey old warehouse, formation of seperation wall to create a new electrical workshop teaching department and a new library facility.
The project brings LSC working with Davis Langdon LLP again and for the first time London based architects Ellis Williams.
