	Mini - Bristol NCA architects worked for the first time with LSC on this project. We found LSC to be helpful, and proactive, they listened to us, supervision was excellent and the construction process was very well managed given the very tight nature of the site. Matters were resolved while fresh in the mind, dealt with and the contractors concentrated on getting the project completed on time. Unusually in this industry there was a philosophy that extended to each trade caring about other trade's completed works and protection of finished works was exemplary. I have no hesitation in using them again for similar work. 	Lensbury Club, Teddington We found LSC approachable and flexible whilst maintaining a professional manner during the course of the works. They were up-front on how the programme was going and even though problems inevitably arose they acted quickly to find solutions and to reduce any adverse impact on the works. The quality of the finished product was good and we look forward to many years of use within the areas refurbished. They have followed up most snagging issues quickly and have made good repairs to these and maintained a good line of communication for the attendance of sub contractors. 	Hangar 7, London Gatwick Airport Throughout the project LSC were pro-active in assessing and improving quality of detail and workmanship and organising the work to best suit the client's business objectives. Their site management and planning was thoroughly professional and as a result the tight programme was met. LSC is a client-orientated contractor who has taken pride in handing over a complex project on time and to the highest reasonable standard. 	Cooper BMW, Cobham This wasn't an easy project, made even more difficult by having to accommodate the continuation of commercial activity in the aftersales department whilst completely rebuilding the rest of the conjoined dealership - it can't be easy having end-user client personnel on site everyday requesting 'essential' changes to the plan! The LSC team continually demonstrated their understanding of our operational needs, flexibility to our change requests and sound management skills in delivering a fantastic new dealership. 	County Oak, Crawley LSC have proved themselves again by completing a problematic project, which is the third of a four-phased scheme for the refurbishment of County Oak. They have shown a willingness to solve issues and get on with the job of building and their level of resourcefulness helped complete this project. 	Globe House, Woking Globe House posed particular problems for the client and design team. The requirement was to modify and re-fit a single intermediate floor of an existing occupied office building. LSC were introduced to bring their fitting-out experience into development for the strategy of carrying out the works and to enable a fast track lead-in to commencement and early completion. LSC worked closely with the client and design team and alongside direct specialists for furniture, IT and communications installations. 	Mercedes-Benz, Bath Road, Slough Greenoaks wanted to negotiate this project with LSC because we knew what we were going to get and got it... understanding the ever changing client needs, good communication and a team focus on achieving a high-level of quality to befit the MB brand. The project at Slough was unusual, the timescales had to be improved upon to meet external criteria; so the project started with the design and construction team working on site before a final design was agreed upon with the client. 	Kings Lexus/Toyota, Hedge End The Hedge End project is the largest single project that Snows Motor Group has ever undertaken. We chose LSC because we had used them recently for a major refurbishment of our Southampton Toyota dealership when they demonstrated an uncanny ability to complete the job with a minimal of disruption of our day to day business. This project was completed on time, came in substantially below budget and both the Snows Motor Group Board, Lexus and Toyota are delighted with the final result. We would certainly use LSC again.
